Keeping you safe during Covid-19

Picture

Open doors

The first thing you will notice when attending in person services is open doors. By leaving doors open, it limits the amount of things you have to touch.
Which in turn lessens your chances to come in contact with germs.

Physical Space

During this time, we are blocking off every other pew.

This gives more physical space between people and
helps with social distancing.

This also creates limited seating to ensure we do not have too many people in each service. So if you're feeling anxious about being crowded, be rest assured that we want you to have plenty of safe physical space.

During this time, we are also asking that everyone only sits with people who are in their household.

If you are coming with a friend, please consider sitting a few feet a part or wearing your mask during service.

Wearing masks when not seated

Picture
Like most public places, we are asking that people wear a mask when not seated. If you forgot your mask, we do have some available in the foyer.

Times to wear your mask would be:

  • When entering the church
  • Walking to your seat
  • Going to use the restroom
  • Leaving the church

You are more than welcome to wear your mask while you are seated, but if you feel comfortable taking it off, you are welcome to do so.

We understand you are happy to see your church family, but please remember to wear your mask when socializing and practice safe distancing by standing 6 feet a part.

We also are discouraging hand shakes, high fives an hugs during this time.

Please, keep yourself and others safe by following these guidelines.

Sanitizing restrooms

Picture
Another important addition we've made to our safety procedures is cleaning and sanitizing restrooms.

For every in person service, we have a person stationed at each restroom to clean and sanitize after each use.

We have signs placed outside the door to let you know when it is being cleaned. For any questions, you may ask the person stationed near the restroom for help.

We also have hand sanitizer stationed outside the restroom if you should need some.

If you would like to be a part of the cleaning rotation schedule, please call the church office.

More ways to help

During this time, we are not allowing the use of our water fountains.
We understand you may get thirsty, so we've placed cold bottled water in the foyer for your convenience.
Just look for the blue cooler sitting in front of the water fountains.

Children's Ministries are slowly but surely coming back into operation.

While some ministries may not be operational right now,
please continue to bring your children to sit with you in church.

For those who bring children, we have coloring books and crayons provided for you
in plastic bags located in the foyer in front of the large mirror.
Bringing a toy or electronic device to play with is also welcome.

Something For Everyone

Picture
8:30 / 10:45 AM
8:30 AM is our "Early Service".  This service usually caters more towards the Elders of the church. With traditional hymn music and shorter services.
Our 10:45 AM service is typically our more casual service. With contemporary music and a diverse crowd.

Seating is limited due to Covid-19.

Picture
6:00 PM
Our 6:00 PM service is more low-key.
With a short devotion, we take this time to cover our missionaries in prayer.
While other churches are closing their doors on Sunday nights, we leave the light on.

Also available via Facebook Livestream.

Picture
7:00 PM
We have regular Bible Study every
Wednesday night at 7:00 PM.
